You can tell that there is no real competition for the delivery service in Neuruppin. The pizza "Call a Pizza" is usually too expensive for what is delivered. Waiting times are often so long that you get the feeling that the grain for the dough has to be planted first. The surrounding area is practically no longer served - even with a three-digit order total. The cheeky answer - you can pick it up. If I wanted to, I could go to any Italian restaurant in Neuruppin, the quality is better there and the pizzas are usually even cheaper. If I add everything up, the price-performance ratio is really bad even with delivery here in Neuruppin. If you include the incredible friendliness in this bill, you prefer to pick up your pizza at the Italian restaurant. I can only say stay away.

Fast delivery, super friendly driver and everything tasted great. Has improved a lot lately.

The driver was rude, tall, young, medium blonde hair and glasses. The pizzas were delicious, if not warm anymore. And 1.5 hours is long for 2 pizzas, especially if you live in the area. I would pick it up myself because I can reach it quickly on foot, but unfortunately it is not always possible with my small child. Otherwise the shift supervisors there are very nice.

But how you deal with the customer is the other thing and here I have experienced really bold things 3 times. In my opinion, you can no longer talk about mistakes or sometimes happen. A bit of "coincidences" at once. Unfortunately you cannot give 0 stars, so there is now one from me. Ordered a pizza once and stated online that I would like to pay by card. Delivery service came after 45 minutes in which I had waited for my food - but then their card reader did not work. So the delivery service took the pizza back and there was no compensation or food for me - cheek. Second order: order placed at 8:10 p.m., successfully accepted, but pizza never arrived. There was no mail or phone call. They just didn't come. After that, of course, all the shops were closed and I had nothing to eat. Very annoying. Third time, 3 hours of waiting (here the supplier was at least really a dear). Never call a pizza again. So if I want an unreliable and unfriendly delivery service again, then I choose Call a Pizza in Neuruppin. Just kidding.

Average. When Call a Pizza opened there, the delivery time and quality was absolutely great. But it has decreased quite fast. You can eat there anyway.
